Our Staff

Meschke Orthodontics is fortunate to have a very experienced orthodontic team. Many of our staff members have been with our practice for more than 20 years! We are great with children and teenagers because, in addition to offering amenities and having contests for our patients, we care about our patients and take the time to get to know them individually.

The experience and expertise of the support staff is very important to the overall treatment process. Our dedicated and caring staff has worked with Dr. Meschke for a combined total of 135 years. They all share his commitment to provide an awesome orthodontic experience for every patient.

My name is Cheri and I joined Dr. Meschke's team in 1993. The best part of being an assistant is helping patients achieve a beautiful smile. Building relationships with them is the most rewarding experience. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Being married and raising three boys keeps me busy but I love cheering them on at their various sporting events. As a family, we enjoy snow skiing, boating and anything KSU!

I have been with Meschke Orthodontics for over 25 years! During my time here, I have done a little bit of everything, but my main role in the office currently is helping new patients through their first visit with Dr. Meschke and coordinating their treatment plan. I enjoy following patients from their very first appointment to their last and watching their smiles and self confidence evolve! The staff at Meschke orthodontics is my second family…..we work hard, but we love to have FUN and play the occasional practical joke on each other! I am married, we have 3 awesome kids, 2 daughters, a son & also three dogs. Some of my favorite things to do are working in my yard, planting flowers, home improvement projects (my husband thinks I watch too much Fixer Upper)! I enjoy watching my kids participate in school sporting events and the rare times that my family is all together with nothing to do other than just hang out together!

I have had the privilege of working in orthodontics since 1988. 18 of those years have been with Dr. Meschke. I am an assistant and lab tech. My favorite thing about working here are the friendships that form as you become part of the family and of course, watching smiles transform! Outside of the office, I love spending time with friends and family especially my 2 grandchildren Ernest & Mira.

1990 is when I started my journey with Dr. Meschke to change smiles. As a treatment coordinator, I will guide you through your orthodontic experience to make it comfortable for you and your child. I am married with 2 children, Josh (KU Grad) and Courtney (KState Grad). Being outside with family is my jam . My identical twin sister looks just like me, but I'm the good twin!

I have been in Ortho since 1990 . I took 12 years off to raise my 4 kids, but loved it so much I returned in 2004 when I joined Dr. Meschke as a lab technician and an assistant. I keep busy visiting my kids and friends in the various places they may be living.

My name is Natali! Fun fact about me is that I am an identical twin!!. I am an orthodontic assistant at Wichita Bright Smiles. I was born and raised in Wichita Kansas. I am a mother to a very spoiled Pug named Ella and a Boston Terrier named Tubby. I enjoy doing crafts and updating the bulletin boards at work. I am bilingual, I speak English and Spanish and I love working with Dr. Meschke and giving every patient a goodie bag at the end of their treatment!

I joined the Wichita Bright Smiles team in March of 2014 as a clinical assistant and a front desk coordinator. My knowledge and outgoing personality make a great experience for both children and adult patients. I was born in Parsons, Kansas. As a child, my parents relocated to Wichita for better career opportunities and I consider Wichita my hometown. My husband Lee and I are the proud parents of two amazing kiddos, Jaidynn and Trey, and our fur baby Frenchie, Tank. When I’m not at the office it’s very likely you can find me at the gym or at Fuzzy’s Taco Shop eating undisclosed amounts of tacos.

I’m Linda and I have worked at the front desk for Dr. Meschke for 28 years. The Dr. and the rest of the staff have become my second family. I have enjoyed working with the patients and watching them get their own special smile and then some of them coming back bringing their children. I grew up in Topeka and have lived in Wichita for 35 years with my husband and raised our two sons here. I am now blessed to have four grandchildren who are the light of our life. I enjoy being with my family and watching grandkids in their sports. I love basketball in general and especially KU and Northwest High School. (Since my kids went there and my youngest son is the head men’s basketball coach there).
